================

Reject using ``add_task(async function setup() { ... })`` in favour of
``add_setup(async function() { ... })``.

Using semantically separate setup functions makes ``.only`` work correctly
and will allow for future improvements to setup/cleanup abstractions.

This option can be autofixed (``--fix``).
